A key Hamas commander has been assassinated in an Israeli airstrike in the latest devastating blow to the terrorist group.
Jehad Mheisen, one of the leaders of Hamas’s security forces, has been killed along with his family at his home in Gaza City.
The latest blow for Hamas comes days after another top commander for the terrorist group was killed in another Israeli strike.
Ayman Nofal in charge of the Central Gaza area in the armed wing Izz el-Deen Al-Qassam Brigades, had been the most high-profile and well-known Hamas militant to have been killed in the ongoing conflict.
The top commander’s death came hours after the Israeli Defence Forces (IDF) said it had killed senior Hamas official Dr Osama Mazini.
