The young girl was taken to Aberdeen Royal Infirmary, where her current condition described as stable.
A Scottish air ambulance was also at the scene of the accident, but the girl was taken to hospital by road.
Police said they would be taking no further action over the incident.
A Police Scotland spokesperson said: “We were called to Gordon Avenue, Inverurie, around 4.55pm on Saturday, April 1 2023, following a report that a child had fallen from a window at the address.
