Premier League teams will learn their opponents in Sunday’s FA Cup third-round draw. The likes of Manchester United, Liverpool, Chelsea and Arsenal enter the competition at this stage, with fixtures scheduled to take place on the weekend of January 6-7.
Manchester City are the current holders of the tournament. Pep Guardiola’s side defeated rivals Man Utd in the final last season, and Ten Hag’s Red Devils will be seeking revenge after a poor start to the Premier League season.
The likes of Newcastle, Tottenham and Aston Villa may also view the FA Cup as a chance to lift a rare piece of silverware.
