Everyone comparing Princess Charlotte to same royal after Christmas carol service

Everyone is saying the same thing about Princess Charlotte after she attended a festive event with her family. The Prince and Princess of Wales brought all three of their children to the Together at Christmas carol service at Westminster Abbey.

But Prince George, Princess Charlotte and Prince Louis stole the show as they entered the abbey for the event, which is spearheaded by Princess Kate. And Charlotte is getting attention for one thing in particular – her resemblance to the late Queen Elizabeth.

Social media users took to X (formerly Twitter) to note how much the young princess looks like her late grandmother, who died last September at her home in Balmoral, Scotland.

One user (@roxannereaction) said: “She’s gonna be a heartbreaker when she grows up. The beauty of Catherine and Diana.” Another (@imagine93700999) said she saw more of Queen Elizabeth, saying: “I can also see our late queen in Princess Charlotte.”

And @carolewithane13 agreed, saying: “I see the Queen so much in Princess Charlotte.” The entire Wales family looked stylish and colour-matched as they entered with the Dean of Westminster Abbey, the Very Reverend Dr David Hoyle.

Prince William, George and Louis all in navy with maroon accents, Charlotte in a maroon coat and Princess Kate standing out in white. The service, supported by the Royal Foundation, honours those who work to support babies, young children and families in communities across the UK.

Linked to Princess Kate’s Shaping Us campaign, the service will showcase “the hope of new life and why it is so important to build supportive, nurturing worlds around children and the adults in their lives”.
