Duchess Sophie looked stylish as she visited the London College of Fashion on Monday.

The Duchess of Edinburgh oozed elegance in a navy blue Marione midi dress by designer Emilia Wickstead (£1,750).

Prince Edward’s wife paired the chic ensemble with a pair of navy pointed pumps by Manolo Blahnik (£595) and the Minuit clutch by Sophie Habsburg in grey (£245). She completed the look with a pair of silver earrings.

Lastly, someone said: “Our beautiful #SuperSophie arriving today at the London College of Fashion’s new East Bank campus, in Stratford’s Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park, London.”

The Duchess of Edinburgh paid a special visit yesterday to London College of Fashion’s new home in East Bank.

Sophie – who is patron of the LFC – met with staff and students and viewed the Postgraduate Class of 2024 exhibition, showcasing the produce of courses including Fashion Artefact, Fashion Photography, and Costume Design for Performance.

The royal also met students at the Digital Learning Lab, observing a digital garment fitting.

It comes as Duchess Sophie is among other senior royals who have stepped up and attended several engagements after King Charles’s cancer diagnosis.

The monarch had to postpone many of his arrangements as he undergoes treatment for his illness.
