Jaw-dropping photos show the aftermath of a horrifying truck crash – that the driver walked away from.
Pictures from the scene shared by Huntersville Fire Department in North Carolina show a red semi truck with the driver’s cab totally obliterated.
Amazingly, Monday’s (16 Oct) smash in the greater Charlotte metropolitan area resulted in no injuries after the truck slammed into the rear of a stationary tractor-trailer.
Huntersville Fire Department explained: “One tractor trailer, the red one, hit the rear of another tractor trailer.”

Locals were advised to expect delays in the area as there was “a lot to clean-up.”
“Thankfully (and luckily) NO injuries. Use caution in the area,” the fire department added.
It is unclear how the driver survived such a collision, but the incident has attracted comments online.
They include: “I was going to go buy a lottery ticket, but this guy just used up all of the world’s luck.”
“By the looks of that truck, it’s hard to believe that no one was injured.”
“You tell me how somebody walks away from that…ONLY by the GRACE of GOD!”
“Wow, that driver has a lot to be thankful for today.”
