The indictment remains sealed and the exact charges are not know but details have been revealed by anonymous insiders.

Following his indictment by a grand jury this week, Trump will be formally arrested and arraigned on Tuesday. He is the first former US president to face criminal charges.

The ex-President, like anyone else facing charges, is expected to be fingerprinted and photographed following his arrest.

The charges Trump is accused of relate to a $130,000 payment made by Trump’s then-personal attorney Michael Cohen to adult film star Stormy Daniels days before the 2016 presidential election.

The money was reportedly sent to Daniels to silence her from going public about an alleged affair with Trump a decade earlier, which Trump denies.
