Patrick J. Adams couldn’t hide from the big Meghan Markle question on everybody’s minds as he took to the red carpet at the Golden Globes on Sunday.
The Suits actor was joined by his wife and fellow actress Troian Bellisario, who were both guests at Meghan and Prince Harry’s 2018 nuptials.
Patrick, who played Mike, the husband of Meghan’s character Rachel was asked by E! News about the Duchess of Sussexes’ return to acting, and whether he would ever work again with her.
Meghan herself has ruled out a return to acting, but despite it being a lighthearted question, Patrick wasn’t willing to commit.

“I think Megan’s a fantastic actor, so we’d be lucky to have her back in the industry. Sure.”
However, it wasn’t Patrick’s comments that got social media talking, instead, it was his wife’s reaction.
Troian can be seen to visibly wince and look over at her husband with a puzzled face over the host’s line of questioning.
Fans have taken to X, formerly known as Twitter to share their theories over the Pretty Little Liar star’s dirty look.

Suits has seen a huge boost in viewers, becoming extremely popular on Netflix since Meghan married Prince Harry, 39.
When asked in the same interview, about the show’s new-found popularity, Patrick shared: “I’m totally astounded that it’s found a second life. I feel honoured.
“You know, when you walk away from a show, you think that’s it and then you’re going to move on to something else.
“And just to know that a whole new generation of people are finding it and loving it – loving it almost more than they loved it the first time around – [is] incredible.”
Meghan was also reportedly invited to the Suits reunion at the Golden Globes, but couldn’t make it due to a “previous commitment”, an insider claimed.
