Dillon Danis humiliated in Logan Paul grudge fight as security enter ring in last round

Dillon Danis threw more punches at the security guards than Logan Paul in a thoroughly embarrassing disqualification loss on the Misfits Prime card. The disgraced MMA star tried to shoot for a takedown on Paul and lock him up in a guillotine as security rushed the ring.

It was a weird opening round. Danis didn’t throw a single punch for the first two minutes of the fight as he walked down Paul with a high guard.

It seemed he was hoping to tire out his adversary by letting him unload the gas tank but Paul quickly caught wind of his rival’s strategy and slowed down his tempo as he began to pick his shots. Danis wouldn’t stop talking throughout the first stanza as the fans booed and jeered.

Heading into the second round it was more of the same from Danis. The MMA star continued to pour on the pressure with his feet but didn’t do much with his hands. Paul, on the other hand, brought the fight.

The Maverick seemed to buzz Danis with a solid right hand and followed up with a vicious flurry that sent Danis cowering into the corner. At the midway point, there was still a lack of activity from Danis despite trapping his man against the ropes on a couple of occasions.

Danis started to show significant swelling on his face and came into the fourth needing at least a knockdown to win the fight. But there was no sense of urgency from the jiu-jitsu player. In the fourth, there were no smiles. Danis looked mentally defeated as a few woeful shots flew over Paul’s head.

Meanwhile, the content creator continued to chip away with a few crisp shots through the guard. Through round five the punch stats revealed that Paul had landed 82 to Danis’ 9.
