Dillian Whyte records third round knockout win but fans unsure if fight actually happened

“Weird, it wasn’t streamed. I assume he expected to look very bad after all his time out,” one fan said on social media after hearing about the fight. “Wild it’s 2024 and this wasn’t even televised,” another added.

“Is he fighting?” another asked in disbelief.

“What sort of shifty event was this? Not a peep about it…” one fan said with doubts over the legitimacy of the fight. The fight results have been confirmed though, with reports stating Hammer was forced to retire due to a shoulder injury.

Whyte has now won back-to-back fights, giving him a slim chance of achieving his goal after stating he wants to be considered for another title fight. “I’d love to have one more crack at a world title. That’s the goal,” Whyte said to Sky Sports before fighting Hammer.
