Day four of the World Darts Championship has come and gone, with number-five ranked Gerwyn Price among those to seal victories on the Alexandra Palace stage on Monday night. Tuesday promises another hearty dose of high-octane action as James Wade and Michael van Gerwen prepare to get their tournaments underway.
Following the reduced schedule to kick off the week, fans will once again be treated to afternoon and evening sessions in London as the next crop of hopefuls attempt to manufacture a deep run in darts’ showpiece event.
There have been no major shocks as yet with Luke Humphries, Price, Michael Smith and Gary Anderson all coming through their opening matches unscathed.
