Darts LIVE: Luke Littler admits rule break, Anderson brands himself 'embarrassing'

We may have ticked into the new year, but the darts action at Alexandra Palace is very much in full swing.

The World Darts Championship surges on, despite the many sore heads of darts fans who will be waking up this morning.

The talk of the entire sporting landscape remains teenage sensation Luke Littler, who is still very much in the reckoning and dreaming of pulling off the impossible.

Play commences from midday today on Monday, January 1st, with Rob Cross vs Chris Dobey following by Brendan Dolan taking on the boy wonder Littler.

In the evening session, kicking off from 7pm, Michael van Gerwen is set to do battle with Scott Williams while Dave Chisnall takes on Luke Humphries.

Should Littler progress, he would meet either Cross or Dobey in the semi-final stage, before a prospective battle for the ages against the living legend MvG in the final.

Stay tuned to Express Sport for all today’s live updates from Alexandra Palace.
