Terror suspect Daniel Khalife had already tried to escape HMP Wandsworth last month, it has been claimed.
But this first alleged attempt, which it is claimed would have seen the 21-year-old strap himself under a lorry as it happened on September 6, was twarthed after the straps snapped.
