A dopey crook made life easy for cops when they tried travelling through the United States with a “hand-drawn license plate”.
Officers stopped the car after finding the records did not match the DMV database. And when they pulled over the car, cops then found even more than expected, after reportedly discovering a gun and drugs inside.
The Los Angeles Police Department now says one person has been arrested. They did not give any further details on the individual.
An LAPD spokesman said: “Normally I praise the observation skills of officers w/ arrests, but sometimes crooks make it easier for us. Senior Lead Officer Solorzano saw this hand drawn license plate that didn’t match any DMV records & made a stop.
“Lo and behold, he found a gun and drugs in the car.”
