The TV Comedian Tom Binns has been spared from jail after the authorities found thousands of images of child sex abuse on his electric devices.
Binns, who appeared on Channel 4’s 8 Out Of 10 Cats Does Countdown, was found to have more than 35,000 of these images, Derby Crown Court heard.
Binns, who has no previous convictions, was spared from jail on Thursday as Judge Shaun Smith KC handed him a suspended sentence.
