The source claimed that her relative is still working at Red Bull, in a “job she loves”, after the outcome of the team’s investigation. However, the employee has reportedly remained at home in the United Kingdom and did not travel to Bahrain for the first Grand Prix of the season.
“We speak every day and she’s very unhappy – of course,” the source added. “In her way of thinking it’s all very one-sided and she’s been crucified. Are the Red Bull investigation team independent? Who knows?
“They’ve made comparisons in the newspapers about Christian being grilled for 12 hours or so…well how many hours was she grilled for? They don’t ask that question, but it is a lot more than that.”
