Cher vows to leave USA if Donald Trump's elected again as she 'almost got ulcer' last time

Cher was a supporter of Biden during the 2020 election, recording a reworked song, Happiness Is Just A Thing Called Joe, for his campaign.

She also supported Hillary Clinton in 2016 and even appeared at a rally for the Democrat.

Cher has been a longtime vocal Trump critic, threatening to “leave the planet” in 2016 if he was elected and previously branded him a f***ing idiot.

Many Hollywood stars followed suit, speaking out on the United States leader at the time on social media including X, formerly known as Twitter.

Miley Cyrus wrote: “My heart is broken into 100,000 pieces…I am moving if [Donald Trump] is my president! I don’t say things I don’t mean!”

Amy Schumer was left having to clarify her comments when the vote was counted, penning: “First of all, the interview where I said I would move was in London and was said in jest.

“Not that anyone needs more than a headline to count something as official news.

“Anyone saying pack your bags is just as disgusting as anyone who voted for this racist homophobic openly disrespectful woman abuser. Like the rest of us, I am grieving today.”

Cher has been taking her mind off the election, working on her first Christmas album, which will feature Cyndi Lauper, Michael Bublé, Stevie Wonder, and Tyga.
