Chelsea star Axel Disasi teased team-mate Levi Colwill during an entertaining cook-off alongside First Dates host Fred Sirieux.
The two Blues defenders were discussing their nation’s chances at Euro 2024 as part of Three UK’s latest episode of the ConnectWith series.
Frenchman Disasi claimed that England’s squad are “not top level”, despite being the joint favourites to win their first major tournament since 1966.
He also pointed out that France beat England on their route to the World Cup final last time out.
Colwill joked that France’s past triumphs were down to “luck”, before labelling his Chelsea team-mate “fake French”.
During the video Disasi cooks burgers on the barbecue, while Colwill grills spicy chicken wings.
Chelsea fans will be asked the judge the winner.
