British Citizenship test: 13 questions to put your UK knowledge to the test

The government’s Life in the UK test is something everyone hoping to gain British Citizenship has to pass.

The exam consists of 24 questions to be completed in 45 minutes, requiring all those who take on the task to score 75 percent or more to pass.

It’s multiple choice and covers everything from British values to history – but just how easy is it to pass?

While many of you might think you’d ace this in a heartbeat, it might be slightly more difficult than it first appears.

If you fail, you can retake it as much as you want, but in the real world, each go costs you £50.

As well being able to answer these questions you must also have spent a certain period of time in the country, passed an English language test, and not have any criminal convictions.

Still think you could take on the task?

Express.co.uk has comprised 13 tricky questions to put you to the test.
