Bristol stabbing: Two teen boys knifed to death 'by mob' named as candlelit vigil held


The two teenage boys who were stabbed to death by “a number” of knifemen in Bristol have been named as tributes pour in.

Police have launched a major investigation following the incident, with a 44-year-old man and a 15-year-old boy arrested in connection to the killings on Ilminster Avenue, Knowle West.

The two boys killed on Saturday evening have been named locally as Max Dixon, 16, and Mason Rist, 15.

A vehicle has been seized as police continue their enquiries. Tributes were left for the teenagers at a vigil in their memory this evening.

Around 150 people attended the vigil, with candles and flowers left for the victims with handwritten notes.
