A 13-year-old boy has been charged who a series of sexual offences and assault, police have confirmed. West Mercia Police said the boy, who cannot be named because of his age, was arrested following allegations from girls and women aged 16 to 34. The teenager appeared at Kidderminster Magistrates’ Court on Tuesday and was remanded into local authority care.
