On March 24th, real estate agent Anastasia Milosskaya was supposedly assaulted and strangled to death when she returned home. Following this incident, a 14-year-old schoolgirl was detained in Russia for purportedly employing hitmen to assassinate her mother.
A schoolgirl is accused of collaborating with her boyfriend to hire hitmen who fatally assaulted and choked her mother to death before wrapping her body in a mattress.
Approximately 48 hours after the attack, the remains of Milosskaya were discovered concealed inside a garbage bin in Balashikha, situated in the Moscow region, and were enclosed in a mattress and plastic material.
Reportedly, the mother had requested her daughter’s boyfriend to vacate their apartment due to concerns that he was having a negative impact on her daughter.
Russian authorities believe the daughter her boyfriend commissioned two other teenagers to kill her mother for 350,000 roubles (£3,650).
The accused teenagers are all aged between 14 and 17.
The suspects are now facing up to 10-year sentences.
The two teen hitmen have been placed in a detention centre for youths for a month while additional investigations take place.
Detectives have claimed that the girl and her boyfriend intended to live on her mother’s savings of more than £30,000.
A friend of the girl said: “She spoke about hating her mother many times, even though her mother was a good person who loved her.”
According to the girl’s grandmother, the boy belonged to a troubled family and had a negative impact on her granddaughter.
Sources close to the family also added that the girl’s mother made efforts to enhance her life and was always attentive to her daughter.
