Cohen, 53, queried: ‘So is the restraining order still out? Is it still in effect?’

Davies replied: ‘No. So that restraining order expired – was canceled – what was it four years ago.’

Scheana later clarified that Davies was misremembering things with his dyslexia being a contributing factor.

She took to Twitter on Tuesday night to write: ‘Also, just to clear things up bc Brock is terrible with timelines and unfortunately suffers from dyslexia but the DVO was only in place for about 5 months back in 2013. Idk why he said 4 years ago. [female facepalming emoji]

‘The kids came to America and saw him way after that was lifted too. Just FYI.’

During the Vanderpump Rules episode – which aired earlier in the night – he admitted to restaurant mogul Lisa Vanderpump that he had once put his hands on his ex after other cast members questioned him about his past.

He explained: ‘The person I am today isn’t that person I was 10 years ago. The situation between me and my ex was toxic.

‘Yeah, there was an instance one time, and I did slap my partner. I did. I’m not proud of that.’

Davies went on to say that he has ‘learned from [his] mistakes’ while clarifying that that the domestic incident occurred when he was 19 and his ex had filed a restraining order against him which had nothing to do with the slap.

He said: ‘We had an argument, and I slapped her. Following that, we moved to France. My little boy was born, we separated.

‘And then we found out we were pregnant with my little girl. That led to an argument with me and [my ex’s] dad, and they pressed the domestic violence order on me.

‘We separated. She then took my kids away from me. I then needed to go to court, appeal it. We went to court, and it was lifted.’

He then said that his ex ended up remarrying and had another child with her second spouse.

Davies said: ‘When I left Australia to come on the dream to do better for my whole family, in that time of me being over here, they were with their stepdad. They had a new life. They had their lives in Australia.

‘I just feel like I’m not entitled to have these feelings because my kids, they’re the ones that missed out on this.’

Uh oh: Lisa did not seem too happy about the revelation

The revelation came as Lala Kent continued to talk about Brock’s past during the season nine episode titled Poker Face upsetting Scheana.

When Raquel Leviss told Scheana that Lala was talking to her about Brock’s past, Scheana was incensed.

Raquel said she didn’t think it was fair for them to question her judgment.

‘And that is what is frustrating, anyone who cares the f*** about me wouldn’t bring this stuff up,’ Scheana said.

Scheana said in a confessional that he didn’t understand Lala’s obsession with Brock. She later confronted Lala about it during a party at Lala’s house.

Lala, Raquel and Ariana were in the hot tub wearing bikinis while Scheana sat on the floor in her sweat pants and asked Lala about why she was bringing up her boyfriend’s past to everyone. Lala assured her that she wasn’t coming for her. Scheana said she wanted her to just trust her judgement.

Lala said she didn’t have a problem that Brock had two kids from a previous relationship because so does Randall. She said the issue was that he hasn’t seen his kids in four years

Good question: 'How I am becoming the bad guy when your baby daddy has had domestic violence charges pinned on him, and hasn't seen his kids in four years is beyond me,' said Lala

‘How I am becoming the bad guy when your baby daddy has had domestic violence charges pinned on him, and hasn’t seen his kids in four years is beyond me,’ said Lala.

‘Here you are pinning Brock’s issues on somebody else. These are Brock’s issues. You’re a victim in it , your baby’s a victim in it. His children are a victim in it. And that’s all there is to it.’

It wasn’t just with Raquel that Lala discussed her concerns about Brock, 30. When her fiancé Randall Emmett, 50, wanted to invite Brock to his poker night, she told him about Brock’s past domestic restraining order and the fact that he hadn’t seen his two children from a previous relationship for four years. He still invited him.

Scheana was concerned about the effect that Lala’s cumulative comments would have on their friends. She told him that he would need to clear the air with the group and explain his side because of the way Lala presented the information about his past. Brock told Scheana he was okay with explaining to everyone what the order was about because he didn’t have anything to hide.
