Known as La Belle Maison chateau, the property is located in St. Andrew-Windfields, one of Toronto’s wealthiest neighbourhoods. Fans of the series will know that before the Rose family’s financial downfall, they lived in the three-story mansion.
The area, which is known for its mansions, is home to some of the wealthiest people in the world.
Boasting 12 bedrooms and 16 bathrooms, the mansion went on sale back in September.
After losing the family business, the Rose family were evicted from their French-inspired estate and moved into a motel within Schitt’s Creek.
The huge estate sits on half an acre of land and is surrounded by landscaped gardens, a saltwater swimming pool and a heated driveway with space for 14 cars.

The dining room featured a large chandelier on the ceiling as well as a ceiling mural.
The living room comes complete with an aquarium and fireplace, with the whole house featuring marble accents.
Designer Van Lapoyan reportedly was inspired by the Palace of Versailles when he began construction of La Belle Maison back in 2012.
The iconic mansion has gone up in price from its initial listing in April where it was on the market for £11,760,000.
The residence is listed exclusively by Daniel Milstein and Aaron Kirman of the Aaron Kirman Group of Compass, Beverly Hills and Khoren Mardoyan of Homelife Vision in Toronto.
Daniel Milstein said: “The property is very unique because it has this artisan, authentic European aesthetic but meets 21st-century modern home.
“It incorporates a true European palace property in a contemporary setting in the city.
“The price has jumped around over the past year and there’s been several factors as to where the price has landed but this is where we believe the price is today.”
