Addressing theories of a death hoax involving his character, Pelphrey previously told Entertainment Weekly: “That would be amazing.

“And Rita [Parillo], who does the hair on the show, was one of the first people to speculate that perhaps Ben wasn’t dead.”
Sadly, Ozark’s show runner Chris Mundy has stated Ben is very much dead and gone now.
