Lisa Barlow hints Meredith Marks KNEW police were after Jen Shah in new RHOSLC trailer

The Real Housewives of Salt Lake City packed up and headed to Vail just minutes after Homeland Security descended on the parking lot set looking for Jen Shah who had just fled the scene.

And Bravo cameras were rolling in the party bus as Heather Gay, Lisa Barlow, Whitney Rose and Jennie Nguyen attempted to figure out what was going on while they trekked to Meredith Marks’ rental home in Colorado in the teaser trailer for Sunday’s episode of RHOSLC.

Toward the end of the two-minute clip, Lisa took a call with her husband John and revealed she’s not only already spoken to a few lawyer friends, but also: ‘Umm, I think Meredith might know something.’

The short trailer began with Marks, a jewelry designer, toasting to a fun weekend ahead with glass of champagne and a few friends at her massive mountain retreat.

Cameras panned back to the bus in Thistle, Utah at 10:57 a.m., just minutes after Homeland Security investigators and SWAT teams crowded their party bus in hopes of finding Shah who had already escaped with help from an ominous phone call tipping her off that authorities were on their way.

‘Let me see if Jen texted me back,’ Heather innocently said while searching for her phone in the bus.

‘She’s not gonna text you back, Heather,’ Whitney told her cousin.

‘There’s no way they’re not tracking her text messages and stuff,’ Lisa Barlow admitted, before Heather jokingly added: ‘Throw my phone out the window!’

‘She was so slow to leave though; that’s what was weird to me,’ Lisa said.

‘I agree, like if I got a call that said, “Listen this is some bad news. Homeland Security is looking for you,” I would hang up and leave,’ Heather said.

‘How did they even know she was going to be here today? How would they even know?’ Lisa asked.

‘I mean if they’ve been looking for her, they’re going to find her,’ Whitney said.

The women were perplexed how anyone would know Jen’s whereabouts before Whitney chimed in that ‘someone told them’ where she was.

'Other than our families, there were seven people that knew we were meeting at Beauty Lab today,' Lisa said in a confessional. 'I can't imagine anyone here would turn Jen in, but this looks really sus'

Heather started piecing things together and said someone ‘local’ had to have tipped someone off.

‘Other than our families, there were seven people that knew we were meeting at Beauty Lab today,’ Lisa said in a confessional. ‘I can’t imagine anyone here would turn Jen in, but this looks really sus.’

Heather breathed ‘a sigh of relief’ that Jen’s husband wasn’t ‘internally bleeding,’ a lie Shah had used to escape filming and the authorities just moments before cops showed up to arrest her.

‘If they don’t have a warrant, they can’t go hunt her down like that,’ newcomer Jennie Nguyen said.

'I mean, I watch as much CSI as everybody, but this has never happened to me and its NYPD and like you seem really confident in knowing what's happened, but like I don't even understand what jurisdiction Homeland Security has, like guns?'

‘So Homeland Security could have cuffed her and taken her,’ Heather said before Lisa added: ‘Heather, why do you think they were there?’

Jen was arrested hours after the incident on March 30 and faces up to 30 years in prison for allegedly defrauding elderly people in a massive, $5million telemarketing scheme which prosecutors say went on for nine years.

Shah pled not guilty to conspiracy to commit wire fraud and conspiracy to commit money laundering charges in April.

As part of the conditions of her release, Shah is prevented from traveling outside of Utah or the United States without the permission of a pretrial officer, and was also ordered to surrender her passport.

She is also not allowed to use a credit card, obtain a new line of credit, or contact her co-accused assistant, Stuart Smith.
