She has shown herself to be a master of the stylish maternity outfit.

But Jennifer Lawrence opted for simplicity on Wednesday when she was spotted out on a stroll in New York City.

The 31-year-old Oscar winner was bundled up in layers with a soft black fleece covering her growing baby bump.

Jennifer layered up on the chilly day with a navy wind breaker and slim black leggings.

She blocked out the piercing sun with black sunglasses and wore black Oofos Ooahh slide sandals.

The Silver Linings Playbook star added a touch of elegance to her look with a black Prada handbag, and she tied her dirty blond locks up in a messy bun.

She was pictured crossing the street while running errands in the city.

Seemingly missing from Jennifer’s outing was her husband Cooke Maroney, an art gallery director.

The couple have been together since 2018 and got engaged the following year.

They went on to tie the knot October 2019 with a ceremony in Rhode Island.

In September, the Winter’s Bone star set pregnancy rumors flying when she was seen in New York in a pair of floral overalls with a noticeable baby bump, and a representative quickly confirmed that she was expecting her first child.

Sources close to the actress revealed to People that she has wanted to start a family for a long time, and finally found the right partner to have kids with.

‘She loves married life, and they have a solid foundation for a baby. She is very happy and looking forward to being a mom,’ the source added.

Jennifer has been keeping a fairly low profile throughout the pandemic, and she hasn’t appeared on screen since 2019’s critical and commercial failure Dark Phoenix.

In October, Sony acquired the R-rated comedy No Hard Feelings with her attached to star, according to Variety.

Although few details about the movie were available, it was compared to Tom Cruise’s 1983 classic Risky Business and Cameron Diaz’s 2011 comedy Bad Teacher.

Jennifer will next be seen starting on December 10 with the limited theatrical release of Adam McKay’s black comedy Don’t Look Up.

Jennifer and Leonardo DiCaprio star as a pair of astronomers who learn that a comet approaching Earth will likely collide with the planet, destroying all life as we know it.

But the current political climate means everyone in power is uninterested in trying to stop the devastation, so the two scientists go on their own media tour to try to urge citizens of the world to stop its destruction.

The film features a staggering array of talent with appearances from Jonah Hill, Meryl Streep, Timothée Chalamet, Ariana Grande, Cate Blanchett and many more.

After a limited release in theaters, Don’t Look Up will be made available to Netflix subscribers starting on December 24.
