Gwyneth Paltrow looked completely in her element as she took the stage to speak at her company Goop’s latest wellness summit in Carson, California. 

While talking to 200 guests at the Porsche Experience Center on Sunday, the Oscar-winning actress smiled brightly at the audience after going more than a year without an in-person panel due to the COVID-19 pandemic. 

For the special occasion, the mom-of-two looked effortlessly chic in a cozy black cardigan, a long olive dress and black Doc Martens booties.

At one point, the lifestyle guru spoke to Matthew Walker, a professor of neuroscience and psychology at the University of California, Berkeley.  

Walker was previously interviewed for a Goop article, titled How to Sleep Better, in which he suggested leaving the room ‘if you lay awake in the night feeling restless.’

‘This trains the brain that your bed is not a place for sleeping,’ he noted, before suggesting reading, meditating and ‘avoiding any stimulating TV.’

The popular English life coach wore a white graphic t-shirt, denim jacket, green pants and sneakers. 

Attendees were advised to bring a relatively small ‘object that represents the love you think you deserve and bring it with you to summit’ to prepare for Sara Nasserzadeh’s class on relationships.

Additionally, the Goop website suggested guests bring their birth chart for Chani Nicholas’s workshop on astrology and purpose as well as sneakers for the Porsche driving experience. 

Everyone there had the opportunity to hit the track with world-class Porsche driving coaches for a 45 minute driving experience to test their ‘reaction time and car-control skills.’ 

The sold-out event was only for fully vaccinated guests over 21.

Psychiatrist and brain researcher Srini Pillay and Sebene Selassie, an author and meditation teacher, also hosted smaller breakout sessions.    

In 2019, Gwyneth’s company Goop – an online shop that was first launched in 2012 – was estimated to be worth an eye-watering $250million. 

Goop opened its first permanent store in Los Angeles in 2018.
