Ellen breakout stars Sophia Grace, 18, and Rosie, 15, go as their younger selves for Halloween

Sophia Grace and cousin Rosie went viral when they were just little girls for rapping Nicki Minaj’s Super Bass on The Ellen DeGeneres Show back in 2011.

Now, a decade later, the teens had some Halloween fun this year and dressed up as their younger selves for the holiday – complete with frilly skirts and plastic tiaras.

‘We decided to go as Sophia Grace & Rosie,’ 15-year-old Rosie McClelland captioned an Instagram post.

The now high school aged cousins recreated their costumes from their famous performance on Ellen, wearing white T-shirts, ruffled petticoats and knee socks.

To complete the look, both of the girls sported pastel metallic tiaras made of plastic, similar to the ones they wore while showcasing their rap skills on the daytime talk show way back when.

Rosie and Sophia Grace even performed a Super Bass duet into rose gold microphones.

’10 years later and we’re dressing up as ourselves for Halloween,’ Sophia Grace said in a social media clip. ‘We still fit in the tutus. We love you Ellen.’

When they were just eight and five, the girls – who are from Essex in the U.K. – became viral sensations with their rendition of Super Bass on YouTube.

They were then invited to perform the hip hop track on Ellen in 2011 where they also got a chance to meet Nicki. Four years later, the duo was recruited by Ellen as her red carpet hosts for the AMA’s.

Since then, the girls have gone on to grow YouTube careers and launch their musical careers as well.

Rosie McClelland resurfaced back in May, appearing on Australian breakfast TV: ‘At the moment, I’m at the signing stage and I’m only 14. As I grow up, I’m pretty sure I want to be a full-time singer.’

'10 years later and we're dressing up as ourselves for Halloween,' Sophia Grace said in a social media clip. 'We still fit in the tutus. We love you Ellen.'

She spoke about her time on The Ellen DeGeneres Show, saying she only realizes now she’s older how much of a ‘big deal’ it was.

‘I wasn’t that nervous as I was five years old, but now I realize how much of a big deal it was,’ she laughed to Channel Nine. ‘My favorite parts were when we were running around backstage. It was so much fun.’

Rosie was also asked about the Ellen show coming to an end, after several staffers made allegations last year accusing the host of fostering a toxic work environment.

She skirted around the allegations, however, and seemed to accept Ellen’s explanation that the program had run its course and was no longer a challenge.

'I wasn't that nervous as I was five years old, but now I realize how much of a big deal it was,' Rosie told an Australian morning show earlier this year. 'My favorite parts were when we were running around backstage. It was so much fun.'

‘She’s been doing it for such a long time; she started it before I was born,’ she said.

‘I kind of get where she’s coming from. She wants to have a bit of a change. She’s ending it on a high note.’

Rosie then spoke about her bond with her 18-year-old cousin Sophia Grace Brownlee, the other half of the Sophia Grace and Rosie partnership.

‘I always see Sophia because she’s my cousin, and I absolutely love her and always see her at special events, family events,’ she said. ‘And she just turned 18 as it’s a massive birthday… I always see her.’
