After months of anticipation, UFC superstar Conor McGregor has confirmed he’s collaborating with Netflix on a docuseries about his life with the pilot episode coming this winter. The former two division UFC champion had teased the project in July, but didn’t divulge the details until a Tweet Wednesday.

“I’ll be executive producer on the project. I’m contractually locked into 4, 1 hour episodes that I’ve to produce right now for Netflix,” wrote the 33-year-old Irish welterweight who is reportedly recovering from a broken leg he suffered during his July loss to Dustin Poirier

McGregor added “1st 1 hour episode up by January easy. Christmas presents, I’m Santy ho ho ho.”

Mystic Mac didn’t disclose the title, although he joked in the July Tweet that the four-part series would be called “Mad Mac’s: Fury Road.”

It’s unclear when McGregor will be able to return to the UFC Octagon. However, despite being sidelined by his injury, the “Notorious” has managed to stay in the spotlight through his highly-publicized Twitter feuds with other fighters, including rival Dustin Poirier and his wife Jolie, as well as Youtube star and boxer Jake Paul.

The fighter also made headlines last week after he was filmed allegedly scuffling with rapper Machine Gun Kelly at the 2021 VMA awards. McGregor has since attempted to bury the hatchet by inviting the “Paperclips” rocker and his girlfriend, Megan Fox to his next fight.
