Britney Spears sent a message to men as she shared her top ‘pointers for life’ on Instagram Thursday.
The pop star, 39, told guys to keep their gals happy as she offered ten tidbits of advice along with a photo of herself performing at the 2002 American Music Awards.
Among Britney’s tips: ‘Men, you gotta keep your woman satisfied …. if not there will be hell to pay.’

Spears recently teased some of her wedding plans, sharing Donnatella Versace will be behind her dress.
Britney’s other pointers were full of positive attitude, like: ‘1. Smile whenever you can even on the worst day ever.’
She also encouraged couples to be affectionate, writing: 3′. Go back to holding hands if you’re in a relationship and remember what a big deal that use to be when you were 13.
Then, there were more practical tips like, ‘4. Never go to bed hungry,’ ‘5. Sleep LOTS,’ and ‘6. Eat something sweet… it keeps you happy !!!!’
Britney told people to be courageous, adding: ‘7. Don’t be scared to be foolish and randomly hug someone !!!’

Spears’ has been striking a positive tone since her father’s conservatorship rights were suspended in September.
The star will appear in court on Friday to determine if the conservatorship will be terminated immediately and completely.
Both lawyers from Britney and Jamie’s side have filed docs requesting the conservatorship to end after 13 years.
‘Ms. Spears has made her wishes known about ending the conservatorship she has endured for so long and she has pleaded with this Court to ‘let her have her life back,’ without a (medical) evaluation, recently attending two Court hearings and asking this Court directly to end the conservatorship,’ her lawyer Mathew Rosengart said in a 110-page document he filed on October 28. ‘It is respectfully submitted – with the consent of all parties – that the time has come.’

While father Jamie’s control of the conservatorship is over, Spears recently accused her mother Lynne of being the architect of the conservatorship that has restricted her every move for the last 13 years.
Fuming in an angry Instagram post shared and then swiftly deleted earlier this month, she wrote: ‘You know exactly what you did.’
‘My dad is not smart enough to ever think of a conservatorship,’ Britney said.
