A whole host of Australian celebrities have switched publicists to earn more cash after lockdown, a new report has claimed. 

On Saturday, The Daily Telegraph claimed that the likes of Pip Edwards, Collette Dinnigan, Sam Burgess and Jessica Mauboy are all looking for a new direction and ‘bigger slice of the pie’ in reaching the public. 

Designer Collette Dinnigan and former footballer Sam Burgess have reportedly signed with publicist Jane Negline.

Jessica Mauboy meanwhile signed up new agent Ken Outch after working with David Champion for 16 years. 

Daily Mail Australia has reached out to Pip Edwards, Collette Dinnigan, Sam Burgess and Jessica Mauboy for comment.

It comes as singer Jessica is celebrating the release of her new single Glow this month.  

The Australian star, 32, is feeling ‘liberated’ and has ‘grown’ as a person after working on the new track. 

Speaking to The Daily Telegraph, The Voice mentor said she’s feeling the best she’s ever felt after leaving Sony Music and signing a new contract with Warner music.

‘There is a huge liberation,’ Jess told the publication. ‘My mind has grown, my body has grown, I know I am capable.’

The past 12 months have been massive for Jessica, who has parted ways with Sony Music and her manager as she chooses to enter a new and freer era of music.
